Please know the stop time of local parcels in time to make a choice, we will choose to send according to the company that is in business and has cooperation.
So please place your order 5 days before the holiday, YaLove will not be responsible for any stoppage of parcel transportation due to vacation.
Sometimes, depending on your location and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option however, it will always be in discreet packaging.

How do I track my order?
Once an order has been placed, we will send you an email with a tracking number and you can track your order using this link.
Is YaLove packaging discreet?
We pack and deliver discreetly in plain brown boxes and envelope bags, so only you know what’s inside.
What is your return and refund policy?
At YaLove, we will decide whether or not to approve a return based on the reason for the damage to the product. Returned packages will be destroyed immediately and will not be re-sold, which is why we do not recommend returns.Click here to learn more about our return policy.
What if my order doesn't arrive in the time I expect?
You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we emailed you, but if your package is more than 14 business days overdue, please contact us.
