YaLove Adult Store welcomes you! Before purchasing the product we recommend that you understand YaLove’s refund and returns policy in detail, so that you can be more familiar with the process when you encounter problems later.
Overview
(Purchase Notice) Return and Exchange Policy: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received, and must also be in its original packaging. The logistics costs incurred during the return process shall be borne by the buyer.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
After returning, please return all received products, accessories, and gifts. As soon as they are sent out, please send the logistics number to the customer service personnel. After the warehouse receives the returned products and checks for accuracy, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original customer service. If gifts or accessories (such as remote controls vibrators) are missing, the original value of the missing product will be deducted.
Any damage to the returned product during transit shall be borne by the buyer. If the factory finds that the product has been damaged and cannot be resold, no amount will be refunded.
Please keep your contact information open after choosing to return the product.
We do not accept returns if the product packaging has been opened or used. If it is a product quality issue, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods to discuss a solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please pack the returned products carefully, and we will not be responsible for the secondary damage caused during the return journey.
Product Issues
If there are defects in the product that do not affect its use, we do not support returns and refunds, and we promise to provide corresponding compensation. The compensation price is evaluated based on the factory’s judgment and the price of the product itself.
After receiving the goods, if you find that the product cannot be used or has problems, please inform the customer service personnel as soon as possible after receiving it, and attach corresponding proof:
